General meeting of the members of the Greeb Alliance KG

The supreme managing body of the Green Alliance KG is the General Meeting of the members of the Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the General Meeting). General Meeting consists of all members of the Alliance. The main task of the General Meeting is to ensure that the Alliance complies with the goals for which it was created. In particular, the General Meeting determines the priority areas of activity of the Green Alliance, makes changes and additions to the Charter of the Association, makes decisions on the reorganization or liquidation of the Association, elects members of the Board of the Association, approves the annual report on the activities of the Alliance.

Managing Board

Managing Board of  Green Alliance KG represents the association both internally and externally. The Board consists of the Chairman and an even number of members elected from among the members of the Alliance. The board consists of representatives of various member organizations from the civil sector, business, as well as individual experts. Each representative of the Board is elected by the members’ votes at the annual General Meeting of the members of the Alliance for a period of two years.

Auditing commission

  • The Audit Commission is the control body of the Alliance. The Audit Commission consists of the Chairman of the Audit Commission and two members elected from among the members of the Alliance for a period of 2 years.
  • The Audit Commission exercises control over the financial and economic activities of the Alliance and is accountable to the general meeting of the Alliance members. The Audit Commission is not entitled to cancel the decisions of the Alliance’s management bodies.
  • The audit of the financial and economic activities of the Alliance is carried out based on the results of the Alliance’s activities for the financial year, as well as at any time on the initiative of the Audit Commission of the Alliance, by decision of the General Meeting of the Alliance, by the decision of the Board of the Alliance.
